Honest Assessment of Probabilities: Unprotected fellatio from CSW in Dubai

Hi all,

tl;dr - what are my realistic probabilities of contracting an STI (Gono, Herpes, Syphilis, NGU) from receiving unprotected fellatio from a female CSW in a once off situation?

Full info:
Young, healthy male and exposure occurred 4/5 days ago in Dubai. This is entirely out of character, so my first time in this situation. Happened when very inebriated, and received unprotected fellatio from a female CSW. She had no visible symptoms, and there was no other sexual contact. I have no previous STI history, and have not been in any equivalent risky situations. I did not shower until ~14 hours after - as mentioned was very drunk (not sure if the showering aspect has an influence, but I see a lot of people referencing it).

I've read extensively here, and understand that my risks are looking towards Gono, Herpes, Syphilis and NGU. I'm looking to get tested in the coming days (to give time for incubation so it can be more accurate). My questions are as follows:

1) Testing aside, what are my realistic probabilities of infection. Just looking for an honest assessment if this should be having me very nervous (which it is), or are the chances of infection very low through oral fellatio? Is there any mathematical probability that can be attached to this?

2) Would I be able to test effectively (initially) tomorrow (i.e. day 5), and then follow up later in two weeks. Or am I best to wait until later? Important as I do not want to put any partner at risk.

Huge lesson learned on my behalf - not one I intend to repeat. Just seeking honest feedback so I can take the best course of action. Thanks all in advance.

One or two quick additional points/qns:
+ as of yet, no symptoms

Qn 3) Herpes is perhaps the one I'm most concerned about. Is 5 days too short an incubation to have a fairly accurate testing?

Thanks!
