massage fear

Hi doctor, I went to a massage parlor just a normal massage on the back of my body and the back of my neck. The massage lady  press and rub on the back of my body very hard and the back of my neck very hard.  She took massage cloth cover my back, then repeat her massage pressing and rubbing my back very hard.  later, I looked at the back of my shoulder,  there  was a bit wound on it, like it has been for quite some time.

My question is, if the lady is infected with std or hiv, herpes or hand warts or syphilis on her hands,Will there be transmission to the back of the body or the back of the neck?.

If during that time bleeding on the back of the shoulder occur, will there be std,hiv transmission ?

Doctor, I need your advice, please reply

You do not get STD's from a massage. People don't have syphilis on there hands. Herpes on a hand is very very rare and warts well there are 20 different strains of warts it's not a STD and nothing for you to be concerned about.
