plz help me

i had several encounters with males am male and basically they all involved naked cuddling handjobs and i had a massage done by male masseur who was wearing his undies and he rubbed his body against my back and i was naked...i got tested for all STds after 11 weeks 2 days almost 12 weeks and everything was negative....so i cant figure out why am i having a discharge/residue from my anus....could it be rectal gonn chaly ? i have not been tested for rectal ? but i read and its only transmitted by anal sex...so how could i get it when i did not have anal...but he tried to finger me and i stopped him and he massaged my prostrate from outside and i stopped him after that too...the reason is i started having this problem after his massage after 2 days i got rectum pain as well which went away but this is still here and am still very gaseous...doctor told me to see a gastroentrologist or someone i did not tell him about incident...
