Blood during sex

When my boyfriend and I had a sex before the day(s) my menstruation comes there is a blood occurred came from my vagina, at first we though its my menstruation and we stopped so the next four days there is no blood occurred when I put a napkin. We though I was delay and the blood occurred is a baby but the next few days I had my menstruation. After that menstruation cycle and every time we had a sex until the next months there is no bleeding occurred. My boyfriend friend's said that it was internal bleeding. Is he right or is there any problem in my vagina? I did not see or check any gynecologists about this matter because I'm afraid of the results.

Hi,

I researched about the post coital bleeding and the cause is about bleeding after sexual intercourse, how was it if the blood occurred during the sexual intercourse is it still about the vaginal infections and post coital bleeding?

Hi,

Do you think there is no big problem in my reproductive health because of the occurred bleeding and it is not related in any viruses ? Can lifting heavy things might be the cause of bleeding?, because I used to do it.

I'm still looking forward to have an internal examination. I hoped I can consult.
Thank you !

Hello,
Since bleeding happened only once when you had intercourse, so it is more likely to be due to trauma to the vagina or cervix. But if the repeat happens then post coital bleeding should be ruled out.

It is most commonly seen in vaginal infection like Chlamydia, gonorrhea, vaginal inflammation etc. it could also be due to disease of endometrium that is lining of uterus, polyps (mass) in uterus and cervix, fibroid tumors etc. You should consult an expert nearby for internal examinations.
I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
