Concerned about vaginal bumps..... Starting to really worry please help!

I have had these small white bumps under the skin inside my vagina for as long as I can remember. They are all around the outer edge of the vagina lips on the inside. I can squeeze them and kind of pop them like a pimple, but the bumps never do go away. They're very hard, and they don't hurt. It used to itch but it hasnt been in a long time. On the inside lips (covering the vaginal opening) its kinda the same thing, except they are tiny and really close together, almost looks like a white rash. Also, the first about 2 inches up into my vagina is rough and bumpy, then goes smooth further up, is that normal? I have been to a gynecologist about all this and she thought it might be HPV-genital warts, but I tested negative and she told me it wasn't warts, and if they didn't go away within a few months to go back and see her. I can't get in for another 3 weeks so I was wondering if anyone else out there has had a similar experience and what did it end up being??? My vagina is rough and bumpy feeling everywhere and it's really starting to get to my self esteem :-(

I really wish I could tell you what's going on but, I'm just not sure. You only have 3 weeks left until you go in again. I do hope they find out what it is.
