how to realize sex happend under unconcious drunk
I am man i had drunk alcohol and sleep unconsciously if i suspect other man may done anything on my behind, it is possible to know or realize myself by next day ( i never had such sexual relation), i worried anything happened in my past worst drunk conditions, advise,

thanks for reply, i didn't feel any symptom by followed days, only i become more mental discomfort like anxiety what happened like that?

I remember the same post on the thread some time ago.
Well next time just do not get drunk. there is no way to determine 100% that it happened, but however as Butterfly said, It occasionally leads to a pain and burning, so if such symptoms exist and persist you may think of visiting a proctologist.
