Herpes Prodrome?

I've had sex with a girl who I was considering being in a relationship with. She has genital herpes. We had sex twice, once in September and once in October. I used a condom both times. The first time we had sex I had a really hot (not burning feeling) in my scrotum that traveled to my pubic area and then to the upper part of my penis. It was so irritating I had to sleep without pants by the bed. I got these symptoms the same night I had sex with her and they lasted for a week. I thought maybe it was anxiety, but the second time I had sex with her these symptoms came back  but 10 times worse I had that same feeling that that traveled to different parts in my genital area but this time it burned and felt very uncomfortable it lasted 3 days yet I haven't seen anything, except for what looked to be small opening or blister (I'm not sure )in my pubic region  but it went away the same day and turned in to a red spot but it still burns. I haven't had any other symptoms or outbreaks at all, what could this be? How likely is it to contract herpes after being exposed twice with a condom? She didn't have an outbreak when we had sex both times. Also what are the viral shedding statistics?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Herpes simplex is most easily transmitted by direct contact with a lesion or the body fluid of an infected individual. Transmission may also occur through skin-to-skin contact during periods of asymptomatic shedding.

The only way of ruling it out is by getting yourself tested for genital herpes. Laboratory tests include: culture of the virus, direct fluorescent antibody (DFA) studies to detect virus, skin biopsy, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test for presence of viral DNA. I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and get it ruled out.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
