Probable std-what could it be?

Long story short but here goes, I'm male, she was a female, don't know her

3 weeks ago had unprotected oral and intercourse, stupid I know

Few days later something didn't feel right so after 1 week I got tested. Had high bacterial levels detected that day so got given azithromycin to take before my results came back. Results however all came back negative

Since then I have had tender/tingling balls and since day 1 my tongue has been completely coated white which wasnt the case before

2 days ago got a small ulcer on bottom gum
Today got a small white blister on bottom lip (this is now 3 weeks since the incident)

Back in to the clinic tomorrow to see what to do next but anyone able to shed any light or offer advice now?

Cheers

get tested for syphilis and trich-- it is not routine for men to be tested for trich but if you are a possible contact they will treat you-- the tingling is commone in trich.  the sores can be herpes or syphilis.  The tests for syphilis and HIV maybe be false negative this early after contact so get tested and then retest in 6 months to truly rule them out

Hello,
Since you had unprotected oral and vaginal intercourse, hence you need to get a complete STD panel including HIV testing ruled out. The ulcers and blisters can be due to herpes as well. The white coating on tongue can be due to thrush. Thrush appears as white patches in the mouth. Usually they can be seen on the tongue, inside the cheeks, under the tongue, and in the back of the throat. I suggest you to get an examination done from your doctor and get a KOH examination of the scrapings done of these white coatings.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
