Vaginal Sores
I am 24yrs old, i have a "pimple like" sores on the lower part of my vagina. It doesn't hurt when I pee or move but really hurts when I wash with water after peeing. I also have thick yellowish discharge but doesn't have any odor. I also have a lymp node on my right groin. Iam using Althea pill as contraceptive for maybe 4 to 5 months already. Hope you can help me on this. Thanks.

I understand you need to consult with gynecologist/urologist as it may involve physical examination.
Go to the doctor and get tested for HPV and other stds. You sound sexually active and stds don't necessarily have an odor. I am not a doctor but this is concerning enough to go for screening.
