Vaginal tearing and sores

So I have some questions. Recently my boyfriend and I had some rough sex which in turn tore my lady area a bit, the next night we again had rough sex but this time used aqua glide lube which stung while in use. I think I tore much worse that time and that the lube may have gotten in the tears. Now I have little sores popping up around the tears and farther away. I have also developed some sort of lumps near where I imagine my ovaries could be. They almost feel like bruises when touched. I have been putting peroxide and polysporin on everything as often as I can. Should I continue on my own or should I see a doctor? Has anyone else experienced this before? I'm worried but don't know who to talk about this with. I'm also rather embarrassed about it since it all started with rough sex. Can anyone help me?

nothing to feel shy about. an expert encounters it all the time. get a proper examination and evaluation done.

You really need to see your Dr about this. If you have an infection you will most likely need prescription antibiotics.
Don't be embarrassed because Drs see this kind of problem and know how to medically treat you.
