i use to do masterbasen every after 3-4 day ,i want to quit it how i will quit it?
and i found a guy in same forum who said he use to do 30 times a day. would you believe it? :). you are still ok :)
Hmm, 3-4 times a day seems a hell of a lot. I guess you dont have a girlfriend. You must not be very busy if you have time for that. Maybe get a job (if you havnt got 1), find a hobby, something to take your mind of of it!
