my vagina

on the outside of my vagina one side is bigger than the other. it doesnt hurt or anything its just soft. i had it for some time now. is this normal?

I have the same problem, but it WAS soft, it's now a bit more solid. Is this the sane thin or what? Btw I've never had sex before or anything like that.

Yes this is very normal, the outside is called the labia and in some woman they can be very lop sided, which can be embarassing and they have cosmetic surgery to correct this by the labia being cut to balance the other side.  If it is a problem where you are actually getting repeated sores and infection from friction caused by the length of the labia then you can have the sugery done as a health issue.  Although if it doesn't bother you then i would forget about it and carry on life as usual.
