I actually feel a whole lit better since I took all the antibiotics I was prescribed. But in the mean time I have been struggling to keep my potassium att a norm. Seems like I have to consume several potassium rich foods a day not to feel like I am going to pass out. I haven t ever had these issues before. I am 37, have no idea why I am having them now. How many times and how much potassium containing foods should a healthy person be eating a day?
