it is highly unlikely that the sperm would be able to survive on your hand longer than about 15 seconds let alone for them to survive the dramatic change in temperature (outside vs. inside the vagina). Even if they did survive on your hand they still have to work there way up to the cervix and most sperm cells die within seconds of ejaculation even if you ejaculated into the vagina. I am not endorsing taking risks like these but if i were you i wouldn't be worried just be a little bit smarter next time.

The morning-after is effective if it is taken within 72 hours of the exposure, otherwise don't bother.
Well if your hand still had *** on it there's a chance. Go get the morning after pill. Its pricey around $50 and I believe you'll have to be 18 or have anyone that's at least 18 to buy it
