vaginal and anal lumps

im 22 yrs old and ive been with the same guy for 5 years and i know this isnt an std i hope!  about a week ago i noticed a lump on my vaginal lip on the right side about the size of a pea. it reminded me of an ingrown hair, but after a few days keep getting bigger. and about two days after i noticed the first one another appeared on the left vaginal lip and after a few more days kept getting bigger. now after about a week since i noticed my first one i now have five. 2 on my vaginal lips and 2 on the outside of my anus and one on my bikini line.?! they hurt  to touch, sit, pee and stand. i popped  the one on the right lip today and pus and blood came out of it. it went from the size of a large grape to the size of a pea. it isnt really sore ne more but is still hard and definately still there. my fiance thinks there ingrown hairs but i dont know. i only trimm down there with trimmers and i did trim right before i noticed these. but the other four that i havent popped are still the size of grapes and sooooooooooooo sore. someone please help me. do i need to go to the doctor???? or what!?
