I have a few white sun spots on my face?

Im 15 and I got a few circle shaped white spots on my face, :(. Im a male btw! I don't know how to get rid of them either, first when they appeared there was a tiny red almost like a pimple in the middle of them, and the spot was very dry. I applied moisturizer to the spots and the dryness went away fairly quickly. I hadn't used sunscreen all to much while boating and going to soccer...but now i do! (After the spots came). How can i get them off? School starts in roughly 4 weeks and I don't want them..they just won't tan! Please does anyone know how to get rid of them in about a month? Or How long it will take for my skin to lose its tan and just blend in? Thanks to anyone who answers..I'm very self conscious about them. :(

This could be eczema. The patches won't tan so the best way to treat them is to avoid tanning your face so the areas look more similar to the rest of your face. Then you can treat the dry patches with fatty creams. If they are particularly bad then hydrocortisone creams can work but don't go down that path unless they are particularly bad.
My son has two white patches in summer but you don't see them in winter. Keep up with the moisturiser and sunblock and if you are really self concious then buy some make-up and try to even out the look.

Take care.

It could be scar tissue, which tans differently than the rest of the skin, but I don't know about the red in the middle.  Why not see a dermatologist?  You could get in probably this next week and get a good diagnosis in only one office visit, and then you'd be in good time to do whatever he or she suggests before school starts.
