Blood-filled bumps on face

It seems as though I cannot go 1-2 weeks without having an inflamed, tender, blood filled bump on my face.  Sometimes I may have two at the same time.  This has been going on for years. While I have finally taken pics to show my doctor (I never seem to have one come appointment time), my next appointment is far out.  I'm curious what these could be. I know lancing is frowned upon, but I've always poked them with a needle.  They go deep.  I can fill up a paper towel with blood from one of these things!  I loved wearing masks because no one would see.  Now we don't wear them anymore and day two of "no masks" I have a big inflamed blood filled bump on my cheek.  The needle poke tones it down but it still draws the ttention of the person I am talking to at work. Any ideas?
