Exhaustion and anger

Hi, I'm still a student. And I'm under a lot of stress. And when the stress is too much I yelp in whoever is in front of me. And no matter how much I sleep, when I wake up, I'm really exhausted. And sometimes neck and back ache are there, too.

You need to find an outlet to relax. Go for a walk, Drink tea, speak to a friend about your stress don't bottle it up - that's when you'll yell at people.
