My 17 yr old son had paresis..MRI shows infarction of the internal capsule.

lSince then he is on steroids and anticoagulants. Now he has no residual effect .All tests for vasculitis, thrombophilias, and connective disorder are largely normal. His PET CT,DSA is also normal. Only CRP ( 16) & ACE ( 90)levels were mildly raised. He had a fall from the first floor in March 2016, His CT scan was normal He also had an attack of fever for 2 weeks in June 2016 which went undiagnosed. No tests were positive.15 days later he had again 1 attack of fever and swelling of ankle joint. Once gain all connective tissue disorders, sarcoidosis were done.  Could this be related to the fall? Please help as we are very disturbed and have not been given any etiological factor making future management very difficult
