Stroke symptoms?

Aside from various cardiac issues I've had,  I recently found out from some blood work that I have high cholesterol and from a test called aspirinworks, which showed that I have a predisposition to clotting as well.  Anyways,  over the past few months I've had this weird kind of bulging in my right eye, as well as constant eyelid twitching. An dozen I noticed today that when I smile, only the left side of my mouth immediately goes up into a smile, if I focus on it i can make both sides smile, but otherwise it is just the one. I've also had this weird tenderness of the scalp above my right ear as well and the overall side of my face has a general tight feeling.  And occasionally I'll notice that my right pupil is larger than the left. Should I be worried that these are like stroke symptoms or something else? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
