Am I pregnant?

I'm 16 and I've been sexually active for two months now. A week ago I had s*x with my bf and he took his condom off but swore tht he didn't *** in me. We basically did it for an hour and now i'm having horrible headaches, backpains, and i'm eating alot.I also get the feeling that I wanna throw up whenever i eat or see certain foods..but i never do. It is also uncomfortable for me to lay on my stomach to sleep or even sideways. I got my period but it came for two days and was abnormally light. I took a pregnancy test and it says that i'm not prego but the box said that I was suppose to take the test 5 days BEFORE my period..which i didnt. Could I be pregnant? or is something else wrong with me? Plzz helpp!! :/

It would be way too early for you to be having pregnancy symptoms a week after having unprotected sex. As said above pre-ejaculation can get you pregnant, so you need to be using protection of some sort. The pregnancy test can be taken at any time, and is best to be taken after you miss your period and with first morning urine. Some women can mistake bleeding during pregnancy to be their period. If your period seemed weird or off, take another home pregnancy test. Make sure it has been at least 2 weeks since you had sex and take the test using first morning urine, which is the most concentrated. Most likely, that was your period, but it was different because of a change in hormones. Though you can take another test to be sure to put your mind at ease.

Pre-ejaculation fluid can get you pregnant.  So not coming into you doesn't prevent pregnancy.  It's probably the worst "contraceptive" method out there.
That probably wasn't your period, since it was so light.  Was it early as well as light?  A light period may actually be implantation bleeding, that is, the fertilised egg implanting into the side of your womb and displacing some blood as it does so.
That test is strange if it said to take it 5 days before your period.  Every test I've ever heard of is supposed to be taken on the day your period is due.
The symptoms you describe are very typical of pregnancy.  I suggest you see a doctor just to make sure.
