Hi im 16, and A very angry person. I dont get angry often but when i do its harsh. but recently i got so so angry that i felt like a very strong migraine, i couldnt breath well (gasping for air) crying, and like a fear of dying. I was also trembling and on the floor grabbing my head. my heart was pounding very fast. when i calmed down a little i was still trembling and trouble breathing.. I wanted to know if it was an anger attack or what? and how can i get through it if it happens again? cause i grabbed myself so strong that i had marks of my hands for a while

Just calm down. Learn to control your anger. I do the same thing, only I get mad a bit more then you do. Some times I get so angry I punch holes in the wall. Once I punched a window, and it ripped a big hole in my arm. Now I have a big ol' scar. Only thing you can do is when you start feeling angry, hold your breath, think of your moms birthday party(or some one else if its your mom whose made you angry) and think of eating the ice cream thats on the table, or go to anger management classes. Which I have been lucky enough to control my anger that I havn't felt the need to go.

Sounds like a type of anxiety attack. Once you feel yourself start to get angry, start doing breathing exercises or other stress relief exercises to help calm yourself down. You can look up online different ways to help calm yourself. Some will work better than others, so find one that works for you.. Good luck
