Awkward but.....my anus is uncomfortable

So I do over eat and sometimes I won't eat when under stress. Lately I've been really nervous about going to high school as a freshman. I know I'm fine but I'm still nervous. Anyways so I am eating tons more, more than anyone should. My stomach extremely hurts and I keep eating. Anyways so I'm also having gassy problems too. Not my point but my anus hurts. Like uncomfortable. Not that I want to make it to graphic but it's kinda like when your hands get really really REALLY dry, ya. It feels like that. It hurts to sit and moving around can hurt too. I'm guessing you'll tell me to see a doctor but I can't in this case (if I do get a chance I'll mention it) but really it hurts and for the most part I just want to find relief. I do poop regularly and I do stay clean, but I also swim in a high chlorine pool every weekday. What can I do to stop the uncomfortable hurt?

Hi,
For your age, piles is not expected. So you should definitely show it to a doctor and get it cured. Even if piles, there is a cryogenic (low temperture) technique available to shrink it, without an operation.

When you go #2 is it hard to go? constipation would be very uncomfortable, so changing your diet is the first step to helping you feel better. Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruit, which are high in fiber. There are better ways to deal with stress than food. Exercise is a great one or try something else you enjoy that can help you feel good about yourself.
