Brain disorders

I've been having symptoms of fatigue, difficulty focussing, and i've been zoning in and out lots. My family will be talking to me and my brain starts to wander. One of my family members will say something to me and in the next few day's I can't remember if they actually told me or not. I'm having a really hard time focussing in my classes, and when it comes to studying or doing homework I can't stay awake long enough to do either. I can't remember things that i just read to myself. I'm just really wondering if I should be concerned?

There can be many reasons for the way you are feeling. The best thing for you to do is to have a good physical with your doctor. Teens need on average 9-10 hours every night of sleep; it is during sleep that the muscles repair themselves so get plenty of sleep. Don't skip meals, whatever you do. Especially, do not skip breakfast as that is the meal that 'jump starts' the body as well as the brain. Kids who skip breakfast do not do as well in school as kids who do eat a good breakfast. Skip meals and your blood sugar levels can drop and cause issues with how well the brain works. get a physical, first and foremost and eat a proper diet.

Your not alone im the same way I refer it as feeling like im in a dream... I have a few more syptoms then you though..
I thought it might have been bleeding in the brain but now im starting to cope and its not that bad...
Plus i found out that if your brain is bleeding you live like 24 hours and hello still here lol but get a cat scan if your worried about it like i said your not alone and im still debating on wether or not i want to get another cat scan.

I get that too. I take a iron pill and it helps 98% of it. Woman need more iron then men to help us stay awake an focused. You don't need a pill, you can get iron from eating veggies. If it's not iron maybe your muscles just need to be wakened up. Do some nice full body carido exercises to get the blood flowing. Also activity has been proven to greater the brain function. Don't over do it though. Do what you can but enough to make you breath hard and you feel tired in a good way afterwards. That's why I run when I feel sick. I like running at nite when it's cool cuz then I don't get all sweaty.

Hope this helps
