Wart like bump on base of penis
Please help. For around two years i have had this wart like bump on the top side base of my penis right where my public hair line ends. I no it is not an std because i was not active and am still not sexually active. Its not a wart because i have tried to freeze it off many times and it just grows back. It isnt a scar because ive cut it and it grows back the exact same! It doesnt cause any pain but it isn't pleasant to look at. What is it and how do i get red of it? I think i got it from a razor bump that i tried to pop? Or somethin along those lines. Please help

If you have never had intercourse then the bumps could be pearly white papules. Though the name suggests that they are white, most are flesh colored. They are small lumps of roughly the same size and shape. They are in a row around the margin of the head of the penis, and can be seen when the foreskin is pulled back. Also these can be present along the shaft and base of penis. They disappear with age and need no treatment. They should not be pricked as they can get infected this way. They could also be Fordyce spots. These are dilated blood vessels covered with skin and can heal on their own. At times if they persist they are treated by CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels (temporary treatment), diathermy or laser vaporization. The third possibility is blocked sebaceous glands. These too often open up on their own. At times may need drainage. Other than this it can be due to eczema and dermatitis, angiokeratoma, or a mole. Please wait and watch and if they do not disappear after 2-3 weeks or seem to increase in number or start itching or bleeding, then please consult a doctor. Take care!
