Okay so every month I feel wetness and then go to the bathroom. I notice in my panties there is like a white creamy liquid. It had like black dots in it. I dont know what it is. I get it like a period. And everytime I get it I get bitchy and I get cramps. I need help and fast!

i sometimes get that too although i dont get cramps or bitchy, and i dont get it like a period.. i havent went to the doctors or anything cause i thought it might go away and it did for a few months but then it started coming back again. i dunno whats up but i thought i was the only one.

Sorry, but I'm really not quite sure what this is. I definitely think you should see a doctor though.
