I feel out of my body/on autopilot??

So, since yesterday, I have felt very strange. I don't feel tired, but I do feel like I'm not focusing on activities or remembering things, and there is a light pressure in the front of my head. I felt like this all day yesterday, but I figured that was because I only got ~5 hours of sleep. While I don't know exactly how long I slept tonight, I know I was in bed until 11:30 so I doubt that lack of sleep is causing this strange feeling, almost like I'm floating just above my body.
As silly as it sounds, the only thing I can compare this feeling to is the sort of *pre-high* feeling just before the body high sets in when smoking weed, lol.
It isn't necessarily a bad feeling, but it does have me nervous because I've never felt like this before (except when smoking, but that's different, haha), and I don't know why my head feels like this.
Anyone have an idea?

I do this too. I've heard it's called dissociating, as if you aren't there, or as if you're on autopilot and it's supposed to be symptom that comes with certain anxiety disorders, I'd research it if I were you. It began last year, and I actually almost failed Spanish class because this would happen at that time of day more than any other time and I could never remember what we learned.
