Results

How long does it take for someone to start seeing results in their body?
I am about to finish high school, and i want to be able to lose enough weigh before i go back to school.
Will about 3 and a half months be enough time to lose about 25 to 30 pounds?

i know a girl that did that, only she lost 40 over a time period of 5 months. Her hair started falling out and she was always weak. I think that it would be best to do...maybe...5 or less pounds a month...really you should only do 1-2 per week to stay healthy. I have found that if you lose it slower, you keep it off (: besides, it should be a lifestyle change
