My fingers are swollen and I have tiny bubbles under my skin. What is this?

I recently got back from a camping trip and I had severe nausea, and a pounding/stabbing headache on the left side of my head. That luckily went away yesterday. Starting 4 days ago (roughly when I started the camping trip) I got a red, scratchy throat and had white bumps all over it. My tonsils are swollen, and still are. Just yesterday, I got two swollen fingers. The pointer finger on my right hand, and the middle finger on my left hand. On these fingers, are what looks like, little bubbles or airpockets under my skin. I can't feel them, but it dies hurt when I apply pressure to the skin around the fingers. The skin is slightly red and is warm to touch. While camping, I went swimming in a lake. Could this be something I caught while swimming? Or camping? What is this?
