Nausea, belching, frequent urination, dizziness etc

I have been having these few symptoms despite consulting doctor 4 days ago which she diagnosed it as gastro intestinal infection whereby at that time i developed fever, nausea, frequent urination, dizziness (which sometimes lead me on to fainting).

*I did urine test, ecg and blood pressure. My doctor says im normal.

After eating the med (magnesium trisilicate, metoclopramide and paracetamol) given to me to ease my discomfortness, my fever had gone down, sometimes i still have dizzy spells (but no fainting), but my nausea and frequent urination doesnt improve, instead the nausea got a little worse.

For my nausea, i kept having there's "something stucking" around my chest area. When i tried to expel it out, little blots of white phlegm were seen. And ever since i got this feeling, i would sometimes feel slight dizziness and my body went cold and face went a little pale.

Can anyone tell me what is going on? I dont think what my doc claim is that simple. I need some help. Thanks alot.

Yes, today i did look up for another alternative doctor, he says the same thing. And regarding my dizziness, it may be positional vertigo, due to me standing too long or something. But i dont remember standing too long or something (because i was at home all this while). Previous few attacks like this, other doctors did mention something about "balance in the inner ear", which is related to this. But none prescribed a medi for me regarding this.
