I agree with the previous poster. I used to be the same way as a teenager. There is probably nothing worse than sitting in class in h.s. and being doubled over in so much pain. See you ob/gyn and discuss your options. For me, I went on the depo-provera shot for 3 years. Had no menstruation. When I went off the shot, my periods were shorter and with nearly no pain anymore. Sadly, some girls/women just get horrible, painful periods. I am also one of them, so I feel your pain. Make a doctors appointment with your gynecologist and talk about going on the pill or another form of hormonal birth control. This can lessen the painful period cramps and also regulate your periods. Talk to your doctor about the symptoms you are having. It may also be that you have endometriosis, which they can look for.
