Ok so I have had asthma for 8 years now and at 16 I have not been to the hospital for it. But recently my asthma has been getting worse and I know someone needs to know but I am scared to

I think you should try taking anti-histamine when your asthma attacks, I think it's just allergy, mostly asthma attacks when a person with asthma holds or stay with hairy pet like cat or hairy stuff toys.

It could be allergies acting up your asthma. You do need to tell someone so they can monitor it. There shouldn't be a reason why you need to go to the hospital unless you have a sever asthma attack.
