Spermatic Cord Aching

Hi, i am a 14 year old male

Two days ago i had this sudden  discomfort/aching in my right testicles spermatic cord/inner right thigh. I also exercise alot, could exercising alot cause this problem?

I am not a doctor, but I suppose vigorous exercise could cause some various discomfort.  It it continues or continuously returns, I would make a trip to the doctor with the description of the symptoms.  He will give you a referral to a urologist if it sounds serious to him.
