VERY IM{ORTANT FOR ME

Dear sir,
I am over 17. I have nearly all the features of an adult (i.e. the voice, the hairs...............etc) except that my genital hasn't developed at all. Worse, my left testes seem to be attached to a complex knot of thick blood vessels (which is my guess). That knot seems pretty harmless until I accidentially shot it with a pressurized jet of water and I felt very painful...........I was wondering what my problem might be!! Could i be suffering from cancer>>>

I believe it is important to have these things checked out. Don't fool around with this stuff. And your developmental questions are valid. You should talk to a doctor about them and get all of your answers cleared up. You'll feel much better when you have a clean bill of health and understand your body.

you probably don't have cancer, this knot of yours might be a granuloma, you get this when a small part of the area is inflammed due to tissue injuries.

What do you mean a knot of thick blood vessels? Where on the testes and what does it feel like to touch. Be as descriptive as you can, as this can be normal depends on how it feels.
