hey, I know this is an old post, but i found this page you might be interested in, it tells you some ways to get rid of the bumps

I'm sure if you tell her what it is, she'll be fine with it, good luck!

I have also had them for a year or two at first i was worried but not having sex or much activity i couldnt see it being a threat, i rang up both the nhs and a sexhealth call centre and they both told me it was othing to be worried about from the description, but would be wise to get it checked up anyway, i didnt suprisingly but i never knew the name of these, i was told however they are quite common, and i can imagine most people wouldnt admit to these as they can be seen as embaressing maybe, i shouldnt worry about it if i were you but make sure (wihtout spoiling the mood) if your partner looks like she is over inspecting your penis while "operating" ..with.. it then dont just leave it, the last thing you want is for her to stop and go mental at you thinking you didnt tell her about anything you MIGHT be carrying

just be aware of this could be situation :D

not sure if its reassuring in anyway, but you cleared up the names of these spots for me thanks

Seems not. They're not harmful though...

I have them also, they're apparently harmless and can be removed only with laser treatment, which i doubt is at your disposal considering your age.

Wiki says "The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body."

My ex-girlfriend didn't seem to care. I doubt she'll be repulsed or anything, just explain it to her if she's concerned.
