Vibration or Tingling Feeling

For the past couple of days I have had this weird tingling or vibration sensation on pretty much every inch of my body. I only feel it if I move or something rubs on my body. If I wipe my hands on my pants I can feel it. It was worse when it started and it was better than it was yesterday but it got a little worse during the day while I was out.  The feeling is basically like someone shot me up with novacaine and it's just starting to wear off, like that numb tingling feeling.
I had this sensation a couple of weeks ago but it had only lasted about an hour. When it started this time it was a lot more intense than it was the first time, I was actually scared when it started.
I was going to go to the health center to get a checkup today but since it was a little better I figured I could wait it out for the weekend but now that it's gotten a little worse again I don't know whether I should schedule a doctors appointment before the weekend is over.

I don't know if this would have anything to do with it, but starting yesterday, off and on I have also been feeling a little light headed and I developed a headache today while I was out. Could these be connected somehow?

I'm not extremely concerned with it right now, it's just really annoying. I was wondering if I should be concerned or not. Maybe it's stress? I don't know, I haven't felt too stressed lately, just anxious.

I went to the doctors and they said it could either be a type of migraine or it could be some type of virus, like a cold or something. They took a blood test just in case and said they would call if anything they see anything wrong or weird.

One thing you probably need to understand is that you really can't be feeling anxious without feeling stressed; they literally go hand in hand. Make the appointment to see the doctor. You may have something going on with your neck which often times can cause a headache as well as tingling around the body. It could be anything from tight muscles in the neck to arthritis. See the doctor.
