Why cant I gain or maintain weight?

I am a 16 year old girl. I am 5'4" and weigh only 93 lbs. I do not have any eating disorders and see my doctor regularly (today in fact). He cant figure out what's going on with me either. I weighed my heaviest 3 months ago, 103 lbs and  lost it. I am also experiencing hair loss, dizziness, and fatigue. I drink protein shakes and Ensure but nothing works and I'm scared. My blood tests all come back showing nothing wrong (No thyroid issues). this has been going on for over two years. Whats wrong with me? please help

It's good that you've visited with your doctor about your symptoms.  You do not have any eating disorders, but how is your appetite?  Are you eating a proper amount of wholesome foods?  Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein.  Drinking enough water.  Getting enough sleep.  It would be best to eat wholesome foods and avoid protein shakes and Ensure, which are no substitute for solid food, along with sugary drinks of any kind.  For snacks, have such things as:  bananas, raisins, grapes, mixed nuts, mandarins or oranges.  If this persists, you may want to see a different doctor for a second opinion.
