Douched once!!!
My cousin who is the same age as me douches regularly, and I tried it once. JUST ONCE. That was before I knew what it could do to you. It's been about 4/5 months since then, and nothing has changed. My BMI is extremely low, and my last period was around 3 months prior to when i douched once. I didn't douche with anything toxic, and I'm also a virgin.. am i okay? will doing it just once hurt me? everything went back to normal?
Hi there. I just want to say that medical doctors really recommend against douching. It disturbs our natural flora of the vagina and has been found to not be good for us.
What you describe is most likely not from douching though. I wouldn't connect the two.
However, please get some information to your cousin about douching. It's a bad practice.

I don't think that's from douching. If anything it might give a an infection. I touch every now and now and I'm fine. I'm sure things will straighten out
