my penis was huge in my opinoin and now is shrunk relly bad but it gets the same size it always did when im horny and yes a have been stroking it
allright, umm i say that if you are around 12-16 then it is normal because you are growing, everywhere, and maybe your boby grew ;) but seriously, you will fluctuate but it is not going to stop until puberty is over. if you feel that you should see a doctor, by all means, and ask your dad, he may think its gross but he knows best and he was once a boy too
