lump on the epdidymis?

i never really pay much attention to my testicles but two days ago i found out that there was a lump on my epididymis.
is there anything wrong with me?

See your doctor - never fool around with this kind of stuff. If there is an infection, it is important to treat it. If there is another underlying cause, you need to find out.

Early intervention results in better outcome with medical things (and most other things as well!).
