Unless your twin brother eats differently types of meals per day in terms of fast food or not, since that could be an issue that contributes with your acne problem since, or the fact that he's able to look after his skin better than you can. Acne outbursts and scars are normally caused by your diet, and how your hygiene is throughout puberty years and obviously puberty plays a giant role in your acne progress. Ask your parents whether they had the same thing as you when they were younger. Go to your family doctor and ask for a prescription for acne as everyone has unique skin characteristics.
