you might have an anxiety problem..when i was having anxiety attacks i always got very sick feeling and refused to eat anything no matter how hungry i was because if anything went into everything would come out haha..soo in addition to talking to your doc bout the eating talk to a psycologist bout whether or not you have anxiety

I have this problem, your body and mind get so worked up that you don't really have the space in there to think about food, so your stomach has trouble when you do eat. You need to make sure you eat reguarly, even if its only small amounts. I have trouble eating proper meals, but i have toast or rice, quite bland stuff that doesn't set off the pukey feeling! If you still can't do it, then go to your docs, because a) this can lead to a much bigger problem eating disorder and b) they can give you energy drink type things so you still get the minerals and vitamins your body needs.
Also, try talking to someone about why your stressed or try and resolve the issue if you can do it on your own.
Here to talk anytime
