Oral thrush????

So I have hashmoto's toxicosis.  My tsh has been flip flopping between hypo and hyper constantly for the last 9 months.  I am no longer on meds because my uptake showed my thyroid is taking in too much iodine although my tsh usually shows a hypo number with a few exceptions.  Anyway, I have been deathly ill.  I can't sleep, or sleep too much, my heart races, can't do activities, I'm hot, I'm cold, I have horrible pain, horrible headaches, heartburn, shortness of breath, panic attacks etc etc.  Basically I am barely living.  So last night my cheeks felt kind of sore, but I didn't think much of it and went to bed.  Today it still hurt so I examined it in the mirror and noticed white spots on my tongue.  Apparently I have oral thrush =(.  I am not scared out of my mind because my whole body is just not working.  I have become gluten intolerant in this time (I have not ate gluten) and developed some kind of allergies and now this.  My doc prescribed something over the phone, and I have to see her next week, but has anyone else had this happen from hashi's???  I just had my blood tested again as I have a feeling I have swung back hypo.  I have not received the results yet.  I am so tired =(.  Everyday there is something else wrong with me.  I am meeting with a surgeon on May 10 for a consultation.  I'm scared I can even make it through at this point as I am so ill.  I'm 32 and it seems my whole body if falling apart.  Now if I don't eat my hands shake as well.  I have so much going on that I don't even know where to begin =(.

Hashitoxicosis is "transient" and only present during the hyper phase of your disease... if you have gone hypo, you are no longer considered to have hashitoxicosis......

As soon as you get the results, please post your current thyroid hormone levels, as noted on your last lab report, along with the reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab, so must come from your own report...
