Out of control thyroid

I ahve had all of the text book signs of hypothyroid my tsh has been very low and my T4 is through the roof .I was 138 in March of 2007 and now I am up to 185.My Endo. just tells me to keep the fork out of my face,but that isnt the case.I need help!!! I have went to every doctor you can think of and nothing is being done for me.I m just wondering what else am I missing.I have been to a sleep doc.,a nero surgon,a nerologist,a endo. doc.,and my gyno.Could me having a IUD for birth control be doing this, and its being over looked.Just need some help.

What is your TSH level?
What is the reference range for t4? A free t4 test is more reliable.
Has the endo said why the t4 is so high?
Are you on meds currently?
Does the IUD have hormone in it? Estrogen can raise the total t4. That is why a free t4 is a better test.

If your TSH has been very low and your T4 is through the roof, You would be Hyperthyroid, not Hypo.

What did the Endo say?
