I have veso vego.everytime time i past out my heart stop beating.i had to get a pacemaker.i dont pass out anymore.my daughter has it and two of my grandsons has it. i still get sick once in awhile.i have had this all of my life.i am 55 yrs old.dont ever pass out and lean over,lie flat if you feel it coming on.they said that,so if your lieing flat the blood can come back up and start pumping your heart again.the way they found this on me was having a tilt test done.i flat lined on it so thats when they put the pacer in me. could you possibly mean vaso vagal response?  If so that happens when you bear down like having a bowel movement and it causes you to pass out or becoming lightheaded and dizzy
