Yes, I have tried this and at present I have not found any significant relief. I have seen my neurologist this week and he is changing the doses of some of my tablets. Anyway, I shall attempt to keep up the technique and see what happens. Thank you again.
My husband has been diagnosed with atypical facial pain which has been attributed to multiple dental procedures. He pain is severe, and nerve blocks have had only very short term success, and radiofrequency ablation significantly increased his pain. A neurosurgeon has informed him that he is not a surgical candidate, but I have read that some techniques such as motor cotex stimulation and (CT)-guided percutaneous trigeminal tractotomy-nucleotomy (TR-NC) may still be options. Do you agree?
