Burning pain in feet and hands!!!!

Ok I've been to a neuro and tried explaining to him about my feet pain.  He order blood work to see if I have s vitamin B deficiency.  I've been taking these Vitamin B complete ones for over a week.  Since taking it I haven't really felt the burning pain until today in my hands now.  I woke up and I have swollen hands, their red, and hurt when I move my fingers..  A few weeks back my right wrist was swollen, red, and painful.  A week after my face was the same way.  It gets worse at night.  Does anyone know anything about this?
