You should make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as possible.

Take a urine sample with your when you go to the doctor.
Is there any chance of pregnancy?  If not, your doctor will examine you and refer you for an ultrasound scan to see what is going on.

Make sure that you have a healthy and well balanced diet with fresh fruit and vegetables.  Cut out or cut down on junk food and processed and sugary foods, like sweets, chocolates and cakes.  Use brown bread instead of white.  Drink plenty of fluids so that you do not become dehydrated, but keep off fizzy drinks.  You may also find evening primrose oil helpful.  Keeping to a healthy diet and doing some for of exercise will help.

For the pains, have a warm relaxing bath, or apply a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel to avoid heat burn.

If you are overweight, losing weight will also lessen the discomfort of the PCOS.

Let me know how you get on.

Best wishes.
