HIV negative after 17 weeks - What is it then?

Hi guys, I hope someone will be there and try to help a bit for my situation.
It's more than six months now after my risky behaviour - unprotected sex with the girl (unknown status) including oral sex.

I had some difficult time in last few months, started reading a lot about symptoms of various STD's, and of course - terrified with the HIV thing, and that's where my anxiety started.

I checked myself for every common STD - from HIV and Hepatitis to Chlamydia and Gonorrhea (urethral smear) = everything negative, outside of window period thanks to God.
They tested me in labs with blood tests - 4th generation for HIV - in 6,8,10 and 17 weeks - everything negative.

And finally, I'm starting to believe that I really don't have HIV. But, some of my symptoms are bothering me, and I don't know where to look since they won't go.

My symptoms in last few months:
- Feeling tired (in first month after my anxiety with HIV started)
- Rash (non itching bumps) which appeared on my thighs, other parts on legs, upper part of arms. This rash didn't really go away for all this time. It's not a big things, few bumps, they come and go, but some of them are always there
- Veins on my eyes are more visible than before, so sometimes people are asking why my eyes are bit red, is it from sleeping or something else
- I'm having feeling that my body is gently swollen - parts of arms, legs, thighs, plantars
- I was sure that my lymph nodes on the neck are swollen - but doctor analyses and ultrasounds showed that they're not. When I asked some people about tender swelling under armpit - they said that those are the muscles and there's not anything bad with it
- And now - my throat. There's something definitely happening. My throat is always red, tongue white (I was diagnosed by a doctor that I have Candida on the tongue and palate - but only 7% of it, and I solved it in a week), I started noticing small red bumps on the soft palate and stuff like that. I didn't had sore throat, it's still red, but it doesn't hurt. These visual changes that I'm noticing are driving me crazy. I didn't looked at my throat, tongue and palate before, and now, color and other things I'm seeing using flashlight - they really scared me.  And I know that these little bumps on my soft palate started after that night with the girl, for the other things - I'm not sure. Did my hard palate was with this pale color, and did my throat was red like this? Really not sure.
I'm smoking cigarettes for years, so I think that my tongue was always a bit white, but was it looked like irritated like now? Didn't checked before this incident. My dentist also confirmed that he sees some white patches on my cheeks inside, so I must check that too.
- I didn't had high fever never in these last months, I'm sure about it.

From all the thins I mentioned, I just have some photos of my mouth and throat:

If this is not HIV, and I really want to believe in my results after more than 4 months - does anyone have some idea what could give similar symtoms? Any ideas? Please help. Thanks in advance!

It could be psychosomatic, you notice things that change and automatically thinks that change means somethings wrong and if it's wrong then it must be HIV. Try focusing on something else to take your mind off of it. You could also find a local sexual health clinic and speak to them, they would be able to give you a better idea of how likely it would be for you to contract HIV.

Thank you for your reply.
I must agree with you - I'm really too focused on the things that are happening on my body, now I notice every single spot when appears, and that wasn't the case before. Also, now I'm comparing some parts of my body with the people I'm seeing on the street - that's terrible thing :( I know that we're not the same, every human has it own body, we're different, but again - I can't help myself.
Last time when I was on the sexual health clinic (specialized for HIV and Hepatitis, so testing is free there), when doctor gave me my results, which are made almost 5 months after last exposure and everything was negative, he told me that's conclusive, I don't need to think about it anymore and it's time to live my life again....He also told me that additional testing isn't required and I should come again only if I do some risky behaviour again - which won't happen anymore.

And now, I really try to not think about my body like I used to in these last months, but I just can't avoid my throat thing since I'm sure that some things aren't like they used to be.

I posted here because someone could know what can cause similar symtoms, so I can test on it. I really can't test on everything that exists - It's impossible, and I would give all the money I have, which wouldn't be so smart to do :)
