Help! Headache on top of my head!

I keep getting headaches on the top of my head.  It feels  as if someone is pulling my hair.....hair by hair.  It makes me sick to my stomach, very flushed and hot.  It makes my ears hurt and my ears water.  Today's episode is by far the worst.  I have currently increased my fitness schedule double.  I teach 8 ZUMBA classes a week, run at least 3 miles once or twice a week and teach several clogging classes.  I have lost over 19 lbs since June.  My goal weight was 118 which I reached, but now ofcourse I am continuing to lose weight because I can't get a handle of managing food in between my fitness schedule.  Because teaching classes is my job I need help managing this so I can be healthy enough to do so.  My birth control has also been switched to Beyaz as of Monday of the week.  This is my 3rd day on it.  I am just trying to figure out how to manage this.  It started early this morning and is still going at 12:30 am.  I also feel like my heart is fluttering.  Help!

All of that exercise and no protein and vegetables to replace can make for a very sad body. Cut back on the classes and eat right. You need to take care of your body or you will wear it out which means more health problems. Sorry to hear you have a migraine those are the worst. You also need to make sure you are getting enough fluids. Good luck

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms could be due to Beyaz so ask the doctor about it. It could also be due to high blood pressure. Since there is a discharge from ear get an ENT appointment and get this checked. Internal ear infection can also cause headaches.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult your doctor. Take care!
